The cladding at Horris Hill has been carefully drilled, painted and lifted into place over the last few months. The building now emerges from the trees with its striking red facade complete with galvanised steel gutter brackets and downpipes. At the front of the building now stands the portico, made from engineered timber, which addresses a new civic square that will allow groups to gather for main school events.  First fix is now complete and some of the finishes are underway, such as the dark blue soffit resembling a night sky.
